2016First ticket. Built in Mumbai to run break-fix for one ATM OEM's West India fleet.
2018Switch feed connected. Tickets start raising themselves from device faults.
2020Photos become proof. In-app, stamped capture made mandatory at closure.
2022Branches and guarding. Audits, AMC and guard attendance join ATMs on one platform.
2025Lisbon. A European base for global OEM accounts.

HOW WE WORK

A small team with engineers in the field.

Our product team builds with AI-assisted tools, so a handful of people ship what used to take dozens. Our forward-deployed engineers — eight years in the field on average — sit inside customer operations until the go-live is boring.
