What happens on the ground shows up in the console. Instantly.

The engineer scans, photographs and closes. The ops head sees each step land, with the evidence attached, before the engineer has put the phone away.

Why Fieldor

Three reasons teams switch, and stay.

01 · DEPTH

Built inside ATM and BFSI operations.

Ten years of OEM, bank and guarding work is built into the product: the fault codes, the SLA clauses, the custodians, the audit checklists. You configure it; you don't have to teach it.

02 · ONE RECORD

Sites, assets, people and spares, connected.

The ticket knows the asset, the asset knows its history, the engineer knows the spare, and the invoice points back to the photo. Nothing is typed twice, and every number traces back to a visit.

03 · FOLLOW-THROUGH

From detection to closure, without the chasing.

Most of the work between a fault and a closed ticket is following up. Fieldor does that part, and hands people the decisions that need them.

Real sites. Every moment stamped.

Every photo in Fieldor is taken in the app and stamped where it was taken: site, coordinates, time.

Questions ops heads ask us.

Can it run on-prem, inside our data centre?

Yes. Fieldor deploys in our cloud, your private cloud or on-premises, sized to your sites, users and daily ticket volume.

We already have a legacy system. How do we move?

In phases. Closely linked modules move together; the rest follow once those are stable, with a rollback plan kept ready.

How do you know an engineer was really at the site?

Arrival is checked against the site's geofence and time-stamped, and photos are taken in the app with the same stamp.

Do the agents act without asking us?

Only inside the rules you set. You choose which steps run automatically, which need approval, and who gets escalations.
