How an incident runs in Fieldor

Open to closed. Agents do the follow-up, people do the work.

Follow one example incident through its whole life. Agents raise it, route it, chase it and check it; people fix it and make the calls. The same flow runs for a branch AC, a store freezer or a facility breakdown.

01 · OPEN
ONE QUEUE

The fault opens its own ticket.

The switch feed reports a card reader error at ATM-04172. Fieldor opens one incident, checks it against open tickets so nothing is duplicated, classifies it as FLM and starts the 4-hour SLA clock.

Why Fieldor

Why teams switch, and stay.

01 · AI AGENTS

The follow-up runs itself.

Most of the work between a fault and a closed ticket is following up: asking for ETAs, escalating, logging replies, checking the proof. Fieldor's agents do that part inside the rules you set, and hand people the decisions that need them.

02 · PROOF

Evidence nobody argues with.

Arrival is checked against the site's geofence, the phone is bound to the person, mock locations are detected, and photos can only be taken in the app, stamped and sealed on upload. SLA disputes, client audits and vendor bills close on evidence, not on someone's word.

03 · ONE RECORD

Sites, assets, people and spares, connected.

The ticket knows the asset, the asset knows its history, the engineer knows the spare, and the invoice points back to the photo. Nothing is typed twice, and every number in a review traces back to a visit.

04 · YOUR WAY

Fits how you work, and where your data must live.

Checklists, SLAs, escalation ladders and approvals are set per client, zone and site type, so an ATM, a branch, a store and a plant each run their own way on one platform. Run it in our cloud, your private cloud or on-premises, and go live zone by zone in about 12 weeks with a rollback path kept ready.

Questions operations teams ask us.

Which industries use Fieldor?

Banks and ATM networks are our largest customers, followed by security and facility-services companies. Hotels, retail and restaurant chains, HVAC and equipment service providers and field research teams run on Fieldor too. If your people go out to sites to inspect, maintain or fix things, it fits.

What do the AI agents actually do?

They do the follow-up: ChasePilot asks for ETAs and escalates when they go quiet, Planner drafts tomorrow's plan, FixMate guides repairs on site and EmailPilot logs vendor and client replies against the right ticket. More on the agents.

Do the agents act without asking us?

Only inside the rules you set. You choose which steps run automatically, which need approval, and who gets escalations. Every action is logged on the ticket.

How do you know someone was really at the site?

Arrival is checked against the site's geofence, the phone is bound to the person, mock locations are detected, and photos can only be taken in the app, stamped with site, coordinates and time.

Can our vendors and clients use it?

Yes. Service partners work in their own app without losing the trail, and client logins see only their own sites, with live links and review decks to share.

Can we start with one piece, like audits or planned maintenance?

Yes. Pick the pieces you need; they share one site and asset master, so adding more later doesn't mean starting again.

Can it run on-prem, inside our data centre?

Yes. Fieldor runs in our cloud (India and EU regions), your private cloud or on-premises.

We already have a legacy system. How do we move?

Zone by zone, side by side with the old system: discovery, a pilot zone, then rollout in about 12 weeks, with a rollback path kept ready.

Which languages and phones does the field app support?

Android and iOS, in English, Hindi and Portuguese.
